Junior Research Fellow Vacancy Details
The Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve is seeking two qualified professionals for the following contractual roles:
- Junior Research Fellow (Human-Wildlife Conflict Specialist): 01 Post
- Junior Research Fellow (Technology & Innovation Specialist): 01 Post
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree to be considered for these research positions.
- HWC Specialist: Master’s degree in Wildlife Science, Conservation Biology, Environmental Science, Forestry, or Ecology. Preference is given to those with 2-3 years of experience in HWC research and NET/GATE qualifications.
- Technology & Innovation Specialist: Master’s degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering. Experience with drones, telemetry, sensors, or AI systems is preferred, along with NET/GATE qualifications.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The age limit follows standard Maharashtra government norms. SC/ST candidates are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation, while OBC candidates receive a 3-year relaxation.
